Zuschendorfer Rundweg über den Kohlberg – hike
This circuit in the Pirna countryside is the quiet alternative to the crowded rock trails. From the Landschloss Zuschendorf, the path leads past the Lindigthäuser into the Schulzengrund and then up to the Kohlberg with its wide views. The circuit returns to Zuschendorf via Zehista. A good three quarters of the route are natural paths, the rest forest trail and short stretches of tarmac. A visit to the Landschloss is worthwhile at the start or the end.
Tip: In winter, the paths are not cleared of snow and ice. The circuit lies outside the national park and is little visited, even at weekends.
