Zum Felsenpanorama am Burchenbüchel – hike
This tour is expressly designated as a route for wheelchairs and prams and starts at the car park near the tourist information office. Via the road Schrammsteinblick and past farm buildings, you switch onto a concrete slab path, which later turns into an older farm track. After about 1.8 kilometres you reach the Burchenbüchel viewpoint with a rest area and a wide view of the Schrammstein massif and the Falkenstein. You return the same way; an extension of around 3.3 kilometres through the village is possible. About sixty per cent of the route is asphalted, the rest is gravel and slab path.
Tip: The farm track in the rear section is partly broken up; with narrow-wheeled prams a bit of strength is needed. The optional village loop can only be used by wheelchairs with assistance.
