Weesensteiner Rundweg im Müglitztal – hike
The short circuit starts at Schloss Weesenstein and first follows the Planetenweg along the Müglitz towards Köttewitz. Along the way, information boards explain the distances in the solar system, which makes walking easier for children. The path then climbs out of the valley, so that on the way back you look down on the castle and the steep valley slopes. To finish, the castle park is well worth a visit. It consists of a small and a large part connected by a bridge, and there you will find a statue of Flora and a monument to King Johann's golden jubilee. The surface is mostly firm, though partly stony on the ascent.
